Go Dutch Tour

Imagine yourself a real Dutchman during this “go dutch” tour. Discover how the typical dutch cheese is made. Of course we will also taste different cheeses. The cheese you like best can be taken home (sealed). The ride to the cheese factory is one out of thousands. You discover the ‘green heart’ of the Netherlands. This area is known for its location, below sea level. It is very green here and you will find many farms, meadows and windmills here. An area below sea level must be kept dry. We are known all over the world for our water management. During this tour I will tell you everything about it. Finally we visit Kinderdijk. Here you will find many windmills that used to cause the water to be pumped out of the polders.

The schedule

09:00: Pick up at your hotel or other requested location.
09:00 – 11:00: drive through the ‘green heart’ of Holland and visit a cheesefarm.
11:00 – 15:00: visit Kinderdijk
16:00: drop off at your hotel or any other requested location.

You can extend this tour with a visit to Leiden (before heading to the cheese farm) or Rotterdam city (after visiting Kinderdijk).
